Storing cash requires a particular type of safe. A cash box must first and foremost be extremely secure because the cash on your premises are one of the primary targets for burglars. You may also not want your cash box to be too large. After all, your cash box will be an integral part of the daily operation of your business, which means the cash will not accumulate there but rather turn over quickly. And if you are using the cash box in your home, you will not want a safe that will needlessly take up too much space. However, if you do think your particular situation will demand a large amount of space to store your cash, we carry office and commercial safes that can provide you with this capacity. Our high end cash box is virtually impenetrable, boasting a BC rating, a housing that is a full inch thick, a UL listed locking mechanism, and a fail-safe re-locking mechanism that will take human error out of the security equation. All of these top of the line security features that you would normally expect to only find on a much larger safe are made available here in a cash box that is just under 14 inches wide and only a little over a foot high. Of course, this elite level of security is not required in every commercial situation or in a home environment where the amount of cash kept on the premises is likely to be much smaller. This is why we also carry more affordable cash boxes to meet these needs as well. These models are also extremely safe and feature sturdy steel housings and doors, professional grade locks, and B ratings. Cash, of course, is made of paper and as such is vulnerable to fire. This is why a fireproof cash box makes sense if fire safety is an issue you are concerned about.

We carry cash boxes with combination locks to allow for the convenience of keyless entry. Of times, particularly in a commercial setting, multiple members of your staff will need to have access to the cash, and it is far easier and more efficient to give them the combination than it is to have to produce keys for all of them.
